Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 2026
Welcome to Maple Kids. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, digital platform, and personalized storybook services operated by Maple Kids Story Book Inc. By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing a personalized Maple Kids product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Personalized Products
Maple Kids creates personalized children’s stories based on information provided by the customer. This information may include a child’s name, age, photograph, interests, family details, language, culture, story preferences, and other customization instructions.
Production of the final paid storybook begins after the customer confirms the order and successfully completes payment. Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, photographs, spelling, language choices, and personalization details before completing an order.
2. Account Eligibility
Maple Kids services are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old. The person creating an account or placing an order must be the child’s parent, legal guardian, or otherwise legally authorized to provide the information and materials submitted through the platform.
Children must not independently create accounts, place orders, or submit personal information through the Maple Kids platform.
3. Account Security
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activities completed through their accounts. Customers must promptly contact Maple Kids if they believe their account has been accessed or used without authorization.
4. Order Changes and Cancellations
You may contact Maple Kids to request a change or cancellation before production of the final paid storybook begins. If production has not started, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Once production has started, changes to names, photographs, language, story details, page count, design, or other personalization information may require an additional fee. We will inform you of any applicable fee before completing the requested change.
5. Refunds and Revisions
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within seven calendar days of delivery. Examples of qualifying problems may include:
- A damaged, corrupted, or inaccessible digital file
- Missing, duplicated, or incorrectly arranged pages
- A spelling or personalization error made by Maple Kids
- A significant difference from the confirmed order details
- A serious visual, language, or production issue
After reviewing the request, Maple Kids may provide a corrected version, replacement, appropriate revision, partial refund, or full refund. The solution will depend on the nature of the issue and the amount of work already completed.
A change of mind or personal preference does not automatically guarantee a refund after a personalized product has been completed. Where reasonably possible, Maple Kids may first offer an appropriate revision.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, generally within 10 business days after approval. Processing times controlled by banks or payment providers may vary.
Additional details are available in our Refunds and Changes Policy .
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

- Incorrect language, family, or cultural information
- Content submitted without proper authorization
Maple Kids may offer corrections to customer-provided errors for an additional fee.
