Refunds, Revisions, and Order Changes
Last updated: July 2026
1. Before Production Begins
Customers may request a cancellation or change before production begins. If no work has started, Maple Kids may issue a full refund. Any non-refundable payment-processing fees may be deducted where permitted by law.
2. Changes After Production Begins
Once production has begun, changes to names, photographs, story details, language, page count, design preferences, or other customer-provided information may be subject to an additional fee.
Maple Kids will disclose any additional charge before completing the requested change.
3. Errors or Technical Problems
If the delivered product contains a technical defect, a Maple Kids production error, missing pages, corrupted files, or material differences from the confirmed order information, the customer must contact Maple Kids within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
After reviewing the request, Maple Kids may, as appropriate:
- Correct the product at no additional charge;
- Provide a replacement;
- Issue a partial refund; or
- Issue a full refund.
4. Customer Dissatisfaction
If a customer is not reasonably satisfied with the personalized product, they may contact Maple Kids within seven (7) calendar days of delivery and explain the concern.
Maple Kids will review the request fairly and in good faith. Where reasonably possible, Maple Kids may first offer one appropriate revision. If the concern cannot reasonably be resolved, Maple Kids may approve a partial or full refund based on the circumstances, the work completed, and the nature of the concern.
A change of mind alone does not automatically guarantee a refund after a personalized product has been completed.
5. Customer-Provided Errors
Maple Kids is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect, incomplete, low-quality, or unauthorized information, photographs, spelling, names, instructions, or other materials submitted by the customer.
Maple Kids may offer corrections for an additional fee.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within ten (10) business days after approval. Additional processing time imposed by banks or payment providers is outside Maple Kids’ control.

11. Changes to These Terms
Maple Kids Story Book Inc. may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in its services, operations, policies, or legal obligations.
