Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026Welcome to MapleKids. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules that apply when you use our website, place an order, or purchase a personalized MapleKids product. By using our services or completing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Personalized Products

MapleKids creates personalized children’s stories based on information provided by the customer. This may include a child’s name, age, photograph, interests, family details, language, culture, story preferences, and other customization instructions.Because each product is created for a specific customer, production may begin shortly after an order is submitted. Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, photographs, spelling, language choices, and personalization details before placing an order.

2. Order Changes and Cancellations

You may contact MapleKids to request a change or cancellation before production begins. If work has not started, we may cancel the order and provide a full refund.Once production has started, changes to names, photographs, language, story details, page count, design, or other personalization information may require an additional fee. We will inform you of any additional charge before completing the requested change.

3. Refunds and Revisions

We want customers to feel satisfied with their MapleKids experience. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within seven calendar days of delivery.A problem may include:
  • A damaged, corrupted, or inaccessible file
  • Missing, duplicated, or incorrectly arranged pages
  • A spelling or personalization error made by MapleKids
  • A significant difference from the confirmed order details
  • A serious visual, language, or production issue
After reviewing the request, MapleKids may provide a corrected version, a replacement, an appropriate revision, a partial refund, or a full refund. The solution will depend on the nature of the issue and the amount of work already completed. If you are simply unhappy with the final personalized product, contact us within seven calendar days and explain your concern. We will review the request fairly and in good faith. Where reasonably possible, we may first offer one appropriate revision. If the concern cannot reasonably be resolved, MapleKids may approve a partial or full refund based on the circumstances. A change of mind or personal preference does not automatically guarantee a refund after a personalized product has been completed.Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, generally within 10 business days after approval. Processing times controlled by banks or payment providers may vary.Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
